Procedure

A. - Once you have decided on the tour for you, complete the online reservations form and send that off to us. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY CREDIT CARD DETAILS AT THIS STAGE.

B. - We will check availability of the tour and reply by email (or fax or phone if preferred) within 24 hours (the office is open Monday to Friday only)

C. - Notify us as soon as possible if you wish to proceed. Accommodation and bicycles will be placed on hold whilst we await your deposit (or payment in full if within 6 weeks of arrival) and written confirmation of your wish to proceed.

Giving us alternative arrival dates increases the chance of us being able to meet you requirements. If we encounter a problem in one hotel on a particular night, we can often get around it by starting the tour a day earlier or later (or the same day a week or two earlier or later)
