Great places to stay.
After a day of gentle walking adventures, we think you’ll appreciate a place where you can feel at home and put your feet up. That’s why we personally select and visit all the accommodation featured in our walking tours. We choose our accommodation partners carefully and to clear standards. Above all we look for a friendly atmosphere and warm welcome.
At our base under huge Suffolk skies, we’ve been listening and learning from our walking and cycling break customers since 1991 too. Our customers share their experiences with us and many come back to book with us again - proof that our high level of service, valuable local knowledge and attention to detail is very much appreciated and considered good value for money.
The facilities you need
All accommodation is well-located and comfortable. It includes en-suite facilities and is offered on a bed & breakfast basis.
Evening meals are available at most of our properties, and our detailed documentation always provides further top tips on places to eat within a short walk of your accommodation. A small selection of our tours include some evening meals (see individual tour descriptions for details).
The quality you’d expect
All our accommodation is of a very high standard, with many hotels and B&Bs awarded three or more stars according to national classifications.
And plenty of character too
Half-timbered, historic coaching inns, relaxing country hotels, well-positioned seafront hotels, converted flint-faced barns and fine dining restaurants with rooms are just some of the styles of accommodation which you‘ll find in our portfolio.
Go on, spoil yourself
Fancy a four-poster for the night in your half-timbered inn, a little additional luxury or waking up to wonderful view across the beach to the crashing waves? Upgrades are available at a number of our hotels, and at some destinations we can arrange for you to stay, if you prefer, in especially sought-after establishments.
Or why not stay a little longer?
We are also pleased to book additional nights at either at end of your tour, or along the way too, if available.
